Strategic Procrastination is Your Best Friend!

 

  1. The point of Strategic Procrastinations is to allow yourself a 5-10 minute period of time that belongs only to you.  This is distinctly different from regular breaks in which you often continue to think about the task at hand.  How successful were you at implementing your Strategic Procrastinations?

  2. Did you experienced feelings of guilt when you took 5-10 minutes for yourself?  If so, what steps did you take to remove those feelings? Remember, as long as you aren’t doing anything wrong, there is no place for guilt.

  3. Have you noticed any health benefits since incorporating Strategic Procrastinations into your days? Have your stress levels decreased a bit?
