How You Feel Right Now


At any time you can practice focusing on how you feel in the moment. At any given time, take inventory of how you feel both physically and emotionally.

  1. What connections can you make between how you feel physically and how you feel emotionally?

  2. Remind yourself to relax your shoulders multiple times a day. How does this simple act of relaxing your shoulders change your stress level?

  3. Next time the warmth of the sun or the coolness of a breeze hits your face or skin, take a moment to really feel the sensations. How can taking in this moment change your mood?
