"Sweat It Out!"


  1. What have been the most noticeable changes in your health since initiating your body to sweat?

  2. Did you find it easy to remain hydrated? Be sure to add a squeeze or two of lemon or  lime to your water from time to time for added flavor and electrolytes.

  3. Once the lymphatic system is properly functioning, many people notice an increase in overall endurance when going about their daily activities. Have you noticed an improvement in your endurance?

  4. Many menopausal women report decreased hot flashes after engaging in one or more of the sweat engaging therapies. This is largely a result of eliminating the toxic burden on the body. Have you noticed that your overall body temperature seems to be more regulated throughout the day?

  5. What, if anything, concerned you most about inducing a sweat, and why?

  6. What was your perception about sweating before you began this activity, and did it change over the last week or two?  If so, how?
